Nickel Mania invites you and your youth group to visit our affordable and fun facility for an unforgettable experience! We have a big variety of Video, Prize, and Ticket Games, and one of the biggest prize counters full of cool prizes. We can accommodate a group of up to 150 people!

Youth Group Event Information
- Admission is $3.49 + sales tax per person. If your group is tax-exempt, we’ll need a copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate.
- Teachers and chaperones receive FREE admission (Nickel Cards are available to purchase for game play).
- You can place a pre-order for Nickel Cards for any amount you choose so that they are already loaded when you arrive. You may also pre-order 1000 tickets for just $2.99 + tax. There is no limit on the amount of tickets you may order.
- Payment for Nickel Cards and tickets is not due until you arrive to ensure you get the correct amount of cards you need, whether it’s more or less.
- The members of your group can bring their own money for digital nickels to reload their cards for more fun!
- We accept Credit Cards, Company Checks, Purchase Orders, and Cash.
- We do not ask youth groups to put down a deposit or pre-pay. However, since Nickel Mania space is limited, we ask that if your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give your time slot to someone else.
- Your group can bring their own lunch, you can order food to be delivered to our store, or you can contact our Summer Food Sponsor at 972-244-3148 for free lunch options.

Frequently Asked Questions About Youth Groups
Can I bring my own nickels?
Yes! We still encourage you to bring in your spare change, and we will load it onto the cards for no extra charge. There is no fee associated with buying the card, and each nickel you provide is directly added to the card for hassle-free gaming fun!
Do I need a reservation for a group?
Groups of 15 or more are encouraged to make a reservation. With a reservation that’s been made at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive our discounted group rate. A reservation also ensures we have the space available to accommodate you. A prepaid deposit is not required to make a reservation for groups.

How many nickels do I need for my group?
The answer to this varies on factors such as the players’ ages and skill level. Our most popular card amount is $5, which loads a card with 100 nickels. You can start with any amount you are comfortable with. Players can also bring in their own money and spare change to add onto their own cards. There is no fee for getting a card.
Can I rent out the entire facility?
Yes! Costs start at $500 on weekdays and $1000 on weekends, and are only available before or after our regular hours of operation. Learn more on our Private Events page.
