Spirit Nights Information
- Spirit Nights at Nickel Mania are for nonprofits or tax-exempt organizations only, and we’ll need a copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate.
- 100 guests minimum
- Choose a day and make your reservation. We can even open our store after hours for your group. (if available)
- No turn-in forms are required. If you schedule your event during open hours, just mention the name of your organization.
- 15% of all sales, generated from your organization, will be donated back to you!
- Following the conclusion of your fundraiser, anticipate receiving a check by mail containing the total donation amount. Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing and delivery.
Spirit Nights offer a casual opportunity to connect with your children’s friends and their families in a more laid-back environment compared to formal in-school functions. Frequently Asked Questions About Spirit Nights
Can I bring my own nickels?
Yes! We still encourage you to bring in your spare change, and we will load it onto the cards for no extra charge. There is no fee associated with buying the card, and each nickel you provide is directly added to the card for hassle-free gaming fun!
Do I need a reservation for a group?
Groups of 15 or more are encouraged to make a reservation. With a reservation that’s been made at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive our discounted group rate. A reservation also ensures we have the space available to accommodate you. A prepaid deposit is not required to make a reservation for groups.

How many nickels do I need for my group?
The answer to this varies on factors such as the players’ ages and skill level. Our most popular card amount is $5, which loads a card with 100 nickels. You can start with any amount you are comfortable with. Players can also bring in their own money and spare change to add onto their own cards. There is no fee for getting a card.
Can I rent out the entire facility?
Yes! Costs start at $500 on weekdays and $1000 on weekends, and are only available before or after our regular hours of operation. Learn more on our Private Events page.
