Private Events
A Private Party is an exclusive, private event where guests are able to experience the venue, and enjoy entertainment & activities without the outside world’s distractions. The benefits of hosting a Private Party at Nickel Mania Family Fun Center are vast! As a Birthday Party, Corporate Event, Youth Group, or Community Get-Together; a Private Party at Nickel Mania is a unique, entertaining, and safe event!
Private Event Information
- Private Parties are only available before or after our regular hours of operation when we are closed to the public. You will have the whole place to yourself.
- Table rentals for your party are for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
- It is a $500.00 flat fee for weekdays and $1000.00 flat fee for weekends upon making a reservation. This includes ALL Nickel Mania party tables as well as 100 free admissions.
- Pre-payment will be required in advance to guarantee your spot.
- Private parties are limited to a very select set of available time frames. If you are interested, we highly recommend you plan well in advance to secure your reservation.
- Weekend times available for Private Parties are:
- Saturday’s at 9am – $1,000.00
- Sunday’s at 10am, 10pm – $1,000.00
- Monday through Friday – $500.00 If you plan early and in advance, we have more flexibility to open our store at a time that works best for you, if available. Please email manager@nickelmania.com for the desired Private Party time and we will let you know the availability.
- If you would like to double up on your fun time at your Private Party, you can book 2 available time frames back to back for $1000.00. This option is available on weekdays only.
- Nickel Cards are not included in the price of the tables. You may place a pre-order for Nickel Cards for any amount you choose so that they are already loaded when you arrive. You may also pre-order 1000 tickets for just $2.99 + tax. There is no limit on the amount of tickets you may order. Payment for Nickel Cards and tickets is not due until you arrive to ensure you get the correct amount of cards you need, whether it’s more or less.
- Payments (deposits) are not refundable and rescheduling is allowed at Nickel Mania’s discretion.

Yes! We still encourage you to bring in your spare change, and we will load it onto the cards for no extra charge. There is no fee associated with buying the card, and each nickel you provide is directly added to the card for hassle-free gaming fun!
