Nickel Mania is the perfect venue to host your Daycare or Summer Camp group event! We offer 7,000 square feet of fun and affordable entertainment and can accommodate a group of up to 150 people. Although we have a big variety of Video, Prize, and Ticket Games in addition to one of the biggest prize counters full of cool prizes; we are not as huge compared to some 60,000 square feet places, so this makes the chaperones’ job of watching children a lot less stressful. Also, we are completely indoors, so the weather at Nickel Mania is always perfect!
Daycare Field Trips / Summer Camps Information
- Admission is $3.49 + sales tax per child. If your group is tax-exempt, we’ll need a copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate.
- Teachers and chaperones receive FREE admission (Nickel Cards are available to purchase for game play).
- You can place a pre-order for Nickel Cards for any amount you choose so that they are already loaded when you arrive. You may also pre-order 1000 tickets for just $2.99 + tax. There is no limit on the amount of tickets you may order.
- Payment for Nickel Cards and tickets is not due until you arrive to ensure you get the correct amount of cards you need, whether it’s more or less.
- Children can bring their own money to reload their cards for more fun!
- We accept Credit Cards, Company Checks, Purchase Orders, and Cash.
- We do not ask Day Cares/Summer Camps to put down a deposit or pre-pay. However, since Nickel Mania space is limited, we ask that if your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give your time slot to someone else.

Can I bring my own nickels?
Yes! We still encourage you to bring in your spare change, and we will load it onto the cards for no extra charge. There is no fee associated with buying the card, and each nickel you provide is directly added to the card for hassle-free gaming fun!
Do I need a reservation for a group?
Groups of 15 or more are encouraged to make a reservation. With a reservation that’s been made at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive our discounted group rate. A reservation also ensures we have the space available to accommodate you. A prepaid deposit is not required to make a reservation for groups.

How many nickels do I need for my group?
The answer to this varies on factors such as the players’ ages and skill level. Our most popular card amount is $5, which loads a card with 100 nickels. You can start with any amount you are comfortable with. Players can also bring in their own money and spare change to add onto their own cards. There is no fee for getting a card.
