Party Package Tables Rentals
- Table rentals for your party are for 1 hour and 45 minutes. When your reservation time expires, we’ll need your table in order to prepare for the next party, but you are welcome to stay as long as you like playing games and having fun! We begin clean-up 15 minutes before the next party so please plan accordingly.
- It is $79.99 + tax for the first table upon making a reservation, and this includes an 8-foot cafeteria-style party table as well as 12 free admissions. If you need more space, you can add a 2nd table for only $49.99, and you will get 12 additional free admissions. For each full-priced table you buy, you have an option to get one table at the discounted price, if available.
- Pre-payment will be required in advance to guarantee your spot.
- It is only $3.49 for each additional guest (after the included admissions).
- Children and adults, players and non-players, are all counted towards the admission.
- The host and all guests must sign in upon arrival, and the host is responsible for paying admission for all their guests.
- Nickel Cards are not included in the price of the tables. You may place a pre-order for Nickel Cards for any amount you choose so that they are already loaded when you arrive. You may also pre-order 1000 tickets for just $2.99 + tax. There is no limit on the amount of tickets you may order. Payment for Nickel Cards and tickets is not due until you arrive to ensure you get the correct amount of cards you need, whether it’s more or less.
- Payments (deposits) are not refundable, and rescheduling is allowed at Nickel Mania’s discretion.

Planning the food and drinks for your birthday parties can get expensive when most birthday party places require you to purchase their food. Nickel Mania wants you to have great fun at a great price! You’re welcome to bring in your own pizza, chips, cake, drinks, etc. This is why we are known for being one of the best party places for birthdays in DFW!

Do I need a reservation for a party?
Yes. Nickel Mania space is limited and we only have 8 tables. A reservation and deposit is required to book a party. Please click here to get more information on the types of parties we offer and how to book.
How can I get extra tables or extra time on my party?
Please email manager@nickelmania.com to get information on availability and pricing for extra tables and/or extra time.
Can I rent out the entire facility?
Yes! Costs start at $500 on weekdays and $1000 on weekends, and are only available before or after our regular hours of operation. Learn more on our Private Events page.
How many nickels do I need for a party?
The answer to this varies on factors such as the players’ ages and skill level. Our most popular card amount is $5, which loads a card with 100 nickels. You can start with any amount you are comfortable with and you can always add on more later.
Can I bring my own nickels?
Yes! We still encourage you to bring in your spare change, and we will load it onto the cards for no extra charge. There is no fee associated with buying the card, and each nickel you provide is directly added to the card for hassle-free gaming fun!

What do I need to do to book a party?
When you find the type of party you want to book, look for the “book your party” button on that page and we will guide you step by step.
If some of my guests don’t show up, do I still have to pay for them?
Each table includes 12 admissions, and additional admissions are just $3.49 each (admission is for children and adults, players and non-players). The non-refundable deposit for the table(s) is due at the time of booking.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule our booking?
Once you book your party, the non-refundable deposit holds your reservation. However, if you have to cancel or reschedule your birthday party, we understand and will reschedule the party based on availability.
